Enter the tracking number from your shipping notification on the Manage delivery page. Larkline Parcel tracking numbers start with PP-.

From there you can reschedule to another delivery window or have the parcel held at a depot for pickup. Changes apply to that parcel only, and updates are confirmed instantly and sent to the driver before the next attempt.

Some senders ask for a signature on delivery. When they do, we can't waive it: rescheduling or holding at a depot keeps the requirement in place.

If no one is available to sign, the driver leaves a notice and you can choose a new delivery window or pick the parcel up.

To deliver a parcel we receive the recipient's name and delivery address from the sender, and we record scans, delivery attempts and signatures. When you manage a delivery we also keep the choices you make. We use this information to deliver parcels, answer questions and prevent fraud.

We don't sell personal information. We share it with the sender of the parcel, with service providers who help us operate, or when the law requires it. To ask about the information we hold, contact customer care.

This website lets you track parcels and manage deliveries. Use it only for parcels you are sending or receiving, and give accurate information. Tracking details are updated as parcels are scanned and may change. Parcels are carried under the arrangements we have with each sender.
